1. Word count: (Excluding list of reference / bibliography (if any)) Rounded up to the nearest 10 words for documents under 1,000 words and to the nearest 100 words otherwise.

2. In order to deliver quality Express Service and meet specific turnround requirements, we reserve the rights to raise the respective Express Service rates especially for documents exceeding 5,000 words.

3. Upon receipt of the item to be worked on or at an early stage, if it becomes apparent that significantly more editing is required than had been anticipated in the preliminary discussion/brief, we reserve the rights to renegotiate the fee and/or the deadline.
