This Transcription Service package includes:

• Transcribing verbal communications in English or Cantonese
• Translating a transcript in English into Chinese or vice versa (optional package top-up; see below)

Indicative rate:

• From HKD 30 per minute

Package Top-up Options:

• From HKD 0.50 per source word

Please note:

1. Length of media source file –

Rounded up to the nearest minute.

2. Minimum transcription charges –

• Standard: HKD 900
• Same-day Express: HKD 1,500
• Next-day Express: HKD 1,200

3. Upon receipt of the item to be worked on or at an early stage, we reserve the rights to renegotiate the fee and/or the deadline due to the factors such as the quality of the recording, the clarity of the voices, and the number of voices.

4. Concerning the Translation Service added as a Package Top-up, the source word count (i.e., the number of words in the transcript produced) is rounded up to the nearest 10 words for documents under 1,000 words and to the nearest 100 words otherwise.
